Health services

A poly clinic is organized in ancestral house of our Mentor in Marripudi village, near Bapatla. This ploy clinic offers free medical services to public from 5 remote villages. An Ayurvedic, Allopathic doctor and a Homeopathic doctor volunteered to help prescription and dispensing of medicines to the poor and the needy. The villagers express their gratefulness for the service and were assured by the foundation of continuity of service.

Financial assistance is offered to facilitate treating the poor by way of free distribution of medicines and also by way of facilitating transportation to the physicians who work on charitable basis.

Tribal Welfare services

Educating the tribal children and integrating them into the main stream of social life is identified as the social cause. To enable the tribal children to participate in urban educational institutions, infrastructures are being developed.

Dhanishta supported such infrastructure developed by Andhra Vanavasi Kalyana Ashram at Endada village, suburbs of Visakhapatnam. An annual budget is year marked for maintenance of the tribal students in the ashram.

Women Empowerment

Dhanishta collaborates with Swami Jnanananda Youth skills development organization to empower women at the village and rural level. Regular tailoring training programs are organized for the benefit of women at Majjivalasa Village, Visakhapatnam.

Senior Citizens Welfare

Dhanishta supports centers for the aged, by attending to their requirements based on petitions received. Old-age homes at Visakhapatnam and Ponnur are assisted, to provide food and other facilities to the poor and the destitute on a regular basis.
